The C&W Investment Company owns and operates over 200 residential and commercial rental units in the Victorian Village, Italian Village, Short North District, Old Town East, Upper Arlington, and the Ohio State University campus areas. The Company was established in 1979. The company is actively managed by Lou Cabral with the help of an office manager, two full time maintenance employees, and a number of long term specialty contractors. The members began purchasing residential properties on the North and North East Ohio State University campus in 1979 and expanded to the Victorian Village District in 1984. In 1992, the company entered the commercial and retail market in the Short North District. Today, nearly 80% of properties are in the Victorian Village Area.
